Directions & Dosage

Adjustment Dosage:

• Shake well before use.

• Test magnesium levels before dosing.

• 1 mL raises magnesium by 18 ppm in 1 US gallon (3.78 L).

• 5 mL (1 tsp) raises magnesium by 9 ppm in 10 US gallons (38 L).

• Do not exceed 5 mL per 1 gallon per day.

Routine Dosing:

• Add 10 mL per 10 US gallons daily until the desired magnesium level (1,280–1,400 ppm) is reached.

• Once within range, dose daily or weekly based on consumption and test results.

Application Tips:

• Dose in a sump or high-flow area for even distribution.

• Safe for invertebrates and compatible with all aquarium equipment.

• Cloudiness is normal—wait for it to dissipate before adding other RPM parts.

• Bottle cap measuring:

  • 4 oz, 8 oz, 16 oz caps = ~5 mL

  • 32 oz cap = ~10 mL

• If overdosed, observe livestock and perform a small water change if needed.

• Use a reliable magnesium test kit for accurate adjustments.
