If a product is deemed faulty, you will be required to return the item along with all its components in the original packaging so that we can issue a replacement.
If we are unable to provide a replacement for the item, a full refund will be issued. In some cases, store credit may be offered. Refunds may apply to product malfunctions within the warranty period, including issues with electrical items or fish tank leakage.
In some situations, a problem with a product may not qualify as a breach of the statutory warranty provided by us, meaning you may not be eligible for a refund through Pet Supply Central. However, many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
If your item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, you are typically entitled to have the product repaired if defects occur within the warranty terms, rather than receiving a refund.
Some manufacturers use external service agents to repair damaged or faulty products. When this applies, the product may need to be sent away for repair. Please contact us if you need the manufacturer’s details.
