How It Works

    The product must be the same brand, model, size, and condition as the one sold by Pet Supply Central.

  2. Contact Us

  3. Provide Proof
    Submit a printed advertisement, photo, website link, or competitor receipt.

  4. Price Verification & Match
    Once approved, we’ll match the lower price at checkout, issue a coupon, or credit the difference to your account for a future purchase if the item has already been ordered.

Terms & Conditions

  • Price matching applies to identical items only (same brand, model, size, and condition).

  • Competitors must be authorised Australian retailers.

  • The competitor’s item must be in stock at the time of verification.

  • Online prices must include shipping and handling fees.

  • Clearance, discontinued, special order, promotional, bundle, or limited-time offers are excluded.

  • Subscription pricing, loyalty rewards, gift vouchers, short-dated, damaged stock, and auction or marketplace listings are not eligible.

  • Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Online price matching applies to online orders only.

  • We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing and limit quantities.

Price Match Limitations

While we do our best to accommodate all price match requests, there may be occasions where we’re unable to match a competitor’s price. This can occur for various reasons, including situations where the advertised price is below our cost price, the product is being sold as a loss leader, or the competitor’s pricing is part of a special promotion, clearance, or bulk deal. In these cases, price matching may not be commercially viable for us.
