Aquaforest Strontium

Aquaforest Strontium is a highly concentrated supplement designed to support the healthy growth of hard and soft corals in marine aquariums. Strontium, after calcium and magnesium, is one of the key elements for coral skeletal development, enhancing calcium absorption and promoting stronger, denser skeletons.

In closed aquarium systems, protein skimmers and filtration media often remove strontium from water. Regular supplementation ensures your tank maintains natural seawater levels, while the addition of barium provides a balanced trace element profile that mirrors natural reef conditions. Strontium supplementation helps prevent deficiencies, supporting vibrant coral growth and overall reef health.

Dosage:

• 10 ml raises strontium by 1 mg/L (ppm) in 100 L (27 US gal) of water.

• Recommended levels: 6–10 mg/L (ppm).

• Suggested dosage: 0.5 ml/100 L daily.

• Maximum safe daily dose: 10 ml/100 L.

• For higher doses, split over multiple days.

• Adjust based on coral type and regular water tests.
