Aquaforest Np Pro

NP Pro is a probiotic medium designed for reef aquariums, working in synergy with Pro Bio S. It contains biodegradable liquid polymers that serve as an excellent carbon source for beneficial bacteria. Unlike typical polymer-based products, NP Pro does not require specialized flow filters.

This product promotes the growth and propagation of probiotic bacteria, which help reduce harmful compounds like nitrates (NO3) and phosphates (PO4) in aquarium water. High nitrate levels can cause corals to lose color or turn brown. Regular use of NP Pro lowers nitrate to near-undetectable levels, creating optimal conditions for vibrant, healthy corals.

An imbalance of nitrate and phosphate can also encourage unwanted algae and cyanobacteria. NP Pro is especially recommended for tanks showing elevated levels of both compounds. When used with Pro Bio S, NP Pro converts excess NO3 and PO4 into beneficial bacteria, which can then be naturally absorbed by corals as food.

Dosage:

• Standard: 1 drop per 100 liters (27 US gallons) daily

• With dosing pumps (2000ml container): 5ml per 100 liters (≈1 tsp/27 US gallons) daily

• For best results, use together with Pro Bio S

• Avoid overtightening the cap to prevent damage
