Aquaforest AF Build helps maintain stable pH and boosts coral growth in reef aquariums. It accelerates calcium and carbonate absorption, essential for hard coral development, promoting faster calcification and stronger growth. By stabilizing pH, it prevents slowed calcification, limits harmful algae growth, and supports overall reef health.
Regular use of AF Build balances water parameters, improves water clarity, and reduces lower-order algae and pathogenic cyanobacteria. It’s particularly useful during intensive coral feeding, especially alongside highly nutritious supplements like AF Energy. Key ingredients include iodides and calcium carbonate.
Dosage: Add 1 drop per 100 L (27 US gal) of water every other day after lights out. Do not dilute or mix with other products. Can be dosed with a pump that dispenses drops. Store in the fridge once opened if temperature exceeds 24°C (75°F).
Usage Tips: Start with half or even a quarter of the recommended dose and monitor coral response. Feed SPS and LPS corals after lights out, and soft corals like Zoanthus and Ricordea during the day. For optimal absorption, add supplements and foods directly to the aquarium and turn off the skimmer for about an hour during feeding.
